UILTB - GHANA had the goal of training Ghanaian students in Food and Resource Economics. It was a short term project specifically aimed at building their capacity before returning to their home country.

From 2013 to 2015,UILTCB/Ghana supported the training of two Ghanaian professionals (1 woman, 1 man) in Master of Agribusiness (MAB), non-thesis degree programs at UF/IFAS through the USAID Initiative for Long-term Training and Capacity Building (UILTCB).
